Bank of America just can't help itself. The nation's largest bank just announced that it will force customers to start paying a new fee of $5 every month -- just to use a debit card.

This is the same bank that nearly tanked our economy with their reckless behavior, took $45 billion in taxpayer money, has kicked tens of thousands of families out of their homes, and has been repeatedly criticized for gouging consumers.

It's just one fee too many for Bank of America customer and Change.org member Molly Katchpole. "I can barely afford to make ends meet," said Molly, who works two part-time jobs in Washington, DC. "Now I'm expected to hand over money to Bank of America each month just for using my own debit card?"

Molly started a petition on Change.org demanding that Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan cancel the bank's new $5 monthly debit card fee. Sign her petition now to stop Bank of America's new fees.

Even if you're not a Bank of America customer, this should matter to you. This campaign will show other banks who are planning to follow suit that the public won't stand for Wall Street's newest way to take money from its customers -- and that they will take their money somewhere else.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It's time to stand up and make a statement! While the world is taking action to put Wall Street on notice through the Occupy Wall Street Movements, Bank of America has put it's customers on notice that they will be paying debit card transaction fees. Allegely they claim it's due to the new regulations placed on them.

I think it's time to tell Bank of America we're moving our money to local Michigan banks and credit unions. Make a sign and stand on the public sidewalk in front of your local Bank of America branch. Take a picture or video and post it on Youtube. Show your solidarity with the folks who are Occupying Wall St. Get with the program Michiganders. Put Bank of America on notice. We are the customers! We like our regulations and we will not pay more money to you because you want revenge on the Democrats/politicians who stood up for the American people. Together we can put Bank of America on notice. It's time they downsize and cut their CEO pensions and benefits and start treating us like the customers we are.

I would like to encourage all readers of our site to write your Senators and encourage an investigation by the Senate Judiciary Committee into the actions of Clarence Thomas. Please see the letter that I have sent below. Adapt the message to your own needs.

Dear Senator Levin,

I know that you must be aware of all the impropriety that has been uncovered about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. He is a national disaster. He has debased the Supreme Court with his utter disregard for common standards of ethics and integrity.

While I don't think you serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee I thought you might encourage Senator Patrick Leahy for me to conduct a full investigation into Clarence Thomas' misconduct.

In case you have not had time to follow the news, Thomas attended a retreat for rich conservatives organized by the Koch brothers, then supported a Supreme Court decision that benefitted the Kochs. For five years he failed to report, as required, the $687,000 his wife was paid by the conservative Heritage Foundation. A Georgia museum that's a pet project of Clarence Thomas took a multimillion dollar gift from the conservative funder Harlan Crow. The list goes on...

One of the most liberal and awesome spectacles in all the world can be found right here in Detroit for just one Saturday night each year! While previously an awesome outdoor spectacle, this year it will be held in the Masonic Temple and its related properties.... it's HUGE.

For all the mouthpieces in the Republican party who denounce welfare, "government handouts", "entitlement programs", and socialism which help to keep the poor, working poor, elderly, and disabled alive, they have no problems with raiding taxpayers of billions of dollars as soon as they are in office with corporate welfare programs. Everything from the farm subsidy programs to tax breaks for the wealthy, caps on social security taxes, subsidies for Big Oil, Wall Street Bailouts, Banking bailouts, and on and on and on... the cycle just keeps happening as long as Americans keep voting Republican. Wake up America is not even strong enough a statement these days!

Stop the Republican Raid on Democracy! Protect your tax dollars and your country! Vote Democratic every single time!

Republican state legislatures around the country are as busy passing voter identification laws as they are dismantling the rights of labor unions. Democratic legislators are trying to block such measures.

Do Republicans feel passionately about voter fraud while Democrats don’t care? No, but the fact that cases of voter fraud are harder to find than Rockefeller Republicans these days explains why there is such a partisan divide on the issue. The real purpose of such laws is to discourage poor and/or black voters from going to the polls and voting for Democrats.

If you think Illegal Immigration is a problem that Republicans want to solve humanely. Please consider otherwise. Arresting and Detaining Illegal Immigrants is big business. "Those People" like prisoners everywhere have to be fed, clothed, etc. No one's doing that for free. You, my fellow Americans are paying the cost. So maybe this is a great way to reduce the debt! Stop the abuses of human rights and then paying the friends and donors of Republicans for the prison services.

This is must watch video for every world citizen. It is mandatory viewing for those that want to believe that FoxNews really is news and it's gratifying justice for those of us who have known all along that Rupert Murdock's organizations are unethical and do not care about ethical standards, privacy, nor breaking the law. If you want the cliff notes of this very long video, I can sum it up in one sentence: We leave it up to the authorities.

Key messages: Law breaking of many kinds including illegal voicemail interception, bribery of authorities, and firing of detectives that use illegal computer hacking are within the means of a Murdock News Organization. HOWEVER, we don't fire anyone about ethics because they leave the company before we find anything out. We don't tell the board because it's not necessary for them to know about culpability of the organization and individuals in it. And lastly, Rupert Murdock gets multiple receptions through the back door of Number 10 Downing Street while heads of state use the front door.
